Imaflex Shareholders Approve Proposed Plan of Arrangement to be Acquired by Soteria

Imaflex Announces Completion of Acquisition by Soteria

Imaflex Inc. has officially completed its plan of arrangement with Soteria Flexibles AcquireCo Ltd., an affiliate of Soteria Flexibles Corp., which acquired all outstanding common shares of the Corporation for an equity value of approximately CAD $123.0 million. As a result of the transaction, Imaflex shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of business on March 3, 2026.
